Al-Qaysumah is a Saudi Arabian city in the Eastern Province and located in the Northeastern region. It is about 500 km from Riyadh, 100 km from Kuwait border and about 100 from Iraq border. King Khalid Military City is a 80 km south to it. The city of Al-Qaysumahwas founded after the construction of the Aramco oil pipeline (Tapline) was completed.
